Mr.R.Rajarathinam, learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent- Inspector of Police, Cheyyur Police Station would submit that the application Crl.M.P.No.1630 of 2017 filed in the Original Petition, seeking extension of time was allowed and the respondent was permitted to file a final report on or before 07.04.2017. The respondent undertakes to file the final report, within the time.
3. Heard Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed.
