ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.15734/C3/2001, dated 04.06.2002 issued by the 3rd respondent promoting the 5th respondent as Head Master in the 4th respondent school as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Head Master basing on her qualification, seniority and eligibility.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the orders passed in W.P.No.23504/2004, dated 24.04.2014 no separate orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
