2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that there is no harassment caused by the respondent police as alleged by the petitioner.
3. The said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The respondents are at liberty to proceed further, as per law, without causing any harassment to the petitioner, under the guise of enquiry. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
