2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that in view of Section 20 of the Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Act, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’ for short), the matter requires to be transmitted to the Special Court constituted under the aforesaid Act. The Registry is directed to take action for transmission of the record to the Special Court under the provisions of the Act.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
