smn COMMON O R D E R Aggreived over the long pendency of the eviction petition in H.R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2013, H.R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2015, H.R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2015, H.R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2015, H.R.C.O.P.No.7 of 2015, H.R.C.O.P.No.8 of 2015, H.R.C.O.P.No.9 of 2015, H.R.C.O.P.No.10 of 2015, in the stage of cross examination, the petitioner has come before this Court with these Civil Revision Petitions. The rent control petition have been filed on various periods ranging from the year 2013 to 2016. Be that as it may, the history of the case hearing shows that the matter is pending for cross examination of PW-1.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the Rent Controller, (District Munsif,Krishnagiri) to dispose of all these petitions as expeditiously as possible not later than four months.
3. With the observations, these CRPs are disposed of. No costs.
