JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.03.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter today under the caption “For Dismissal”.
2. Even today also there is no representation for the appellant. It shows that the appellant does not have any interest in prosecuting this appeal. Therefore, there is no other go for this Court excepting to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution.
Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
