Prashanth Chandra, Advocate for R1 & R2) This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the endorsement dated 22.08.2019 issued by the R-2 vide Annexure-V and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for orders this day, the Court, made the following:
ORDER Petitioner has filed the petition seeking for issuance of writ of certiorari to set aside the show cause notice dated 17.06.2019 enclosed at Annexure-R and certain other reliefs were sought for to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner.
2. Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the proceedings, the respondent – BBMP has issued an endorsement produced at Anenxure-R4 dated 11.11.2019. Petitioner submits that redressal of his grievance would require challenging the endorsement at Anenxure-R4.
3. Accordingly, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition in light of the memo filed reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order at Anenxure-R4. The contentions of parties are kept open.
Petition is accordingly disposed off.
