JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.155(School Education) dated 03.10.2002 and the consequent proceedings of the DEO in Na.Ka.No.1530/A2/03 dated 03.10.2003 and quash the same in so far as they seek to stop the petitioner's salary and further direct the respondents herein to continue to pay her the salary as paid since her appointment on 24.06.1996.
2. I heard M/s.P.Godson Swaminath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents R1 to R3.
3. It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is no instructions from his client namely, the writ petitioner. Hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as no instructions.
4. It is seen from the records that the writ petition is of the year 2003 and the same is pending for the past 14 years. Apart from that, there is no instructions from the writ petitioner.
5. In view of the above, the writ petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
