This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the notice dated 02.04.2019 issued by respondent No.2, vide Annexure-D and direct the respondent No.1 to issue work order and dispatch permit as per representation dated 03.04.2019 vide Annexure-E and etc.
This writ petition, coming on for orders, this day, Chief Justice, made the following:
ORDER Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Advocate has placed on record, a copy of the endorsement dated 18th July 2019.
2. As far as the first prayer in the petition is concerned, the challenge is only to a show-cause notice which has been replied by the petitioner. Therefore, it is not necessary to entertain the challenge to the show-cause notice. As far as prayer (b) is concerned, now representation dated 3rd April 2019 has been decided by the endorsement/order dated 18th July 2019. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is free to challenge the same in accordance with law.
3. Subject to what is observed above, petition is disposed of. All the contentions are kept open.
