ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the first petitioner being a member of the State Legislature, the case has been transferred to the Special Court wherein, the present stage is for recording of evidence before framing charges.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition may be disposed of, keeping all the contentions open and to confront the witnesses with the same.
4. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is placed on record.
Accordingly, this criminal petition stands disposed of.
