O R D E R Learned Advocate appearing for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file criminal appeal challenging the impugned order. Said memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty as sought for is granted.
It is also made clear that in the event of criminal appeal being filed within 10 days from today, Registry shall not insist for filing application for condonation of delay, if any.
Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the entire impugned order on same being substituted by photocopies of the order.
