JUDGMENT / ORDER

This civil revision arises out of the fair and decreetal order dated 28.01.2014 made in C.M.P.No.78 of 2013 in A.S.No.141 of 2010 on the file of the learned XVII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present.
3.This Court by order dated 06.01.2017 called for a status report from the trial Court and the same was received, which shows that A.S.No.141 of 2010 was dismissed on 31.03.2016. Since the appeal itself is disposed of, nothing survives in this revision. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
