THESE WRIT APPEALS, HAVING BEEN HEARD AND RESERVED FOR JUDGMENT ON 28.11.2017, COMING ON FOR PRONOUNCEMENT OF JUDGMENT, THIS DAY, P.S.DINESH KUMAR J., PRONOUNCED THE FOLLOWING:-
J U D G M E N T 1. Heard Shri C.Nagaraju, party-in-person, the first appellant on behalf of the appellants.
2. Appellants have filed these appeals with several prayers including a prayer to set-aside the common order dated 18.08.2017 in W.P.No.24106/2017 and W.Ps.No.25106-108/2017.
3. In substance, the grievance of the appellants is that, the respondents had sealed their business premises unlawfully. Further, respondents have not complied with the order dated 18.08.2017, passed by the Hon’ble Single Judge.
4. We have carefully perused the impugned order. After considering the rival contentions, the Hon’ble Single Judge has disposed of the writ petitions with specific directions to the Commissioner, Mysore City Corporation, Mysore, to give proper show-cause notices to the petitioners pointing out the reasons for sealing their premises; and to pass speaking orders in the matter. We see no error in the impugned order.
5. In the circumstances, these writ appeals are misconceived and accordingly dismissed.
6. In view of dismissal of the writ appeals, the pending interlocutory applications do not survive for consideration and the same are accordingly dismissed.
Writ Appeals dismissed.
We make no order as to costs.
