JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above petition to call for the entire records in F.I.R.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that after assuming charge as Chairman of Big Kanchipuram Co-operative Bank, the petitioner noticed several mismanagement and financial loss to the bank. As the higher authorities are liable and responsible for all illegalities, the petitioner initiated action on the persons responsible. It is also the case of the petitioner that there are about 38 fake jewel loans were sanctioned in the year 1993 and the bank gave complaint to take action on the persons responsible for the same. The petitioner lodged complaint about the wrong investments on securities which were not permitted by Reserve Bank of India and also for the loss caused to the Bank. It is the further case of the petitioner that the Deputy Registrar of Co- operative Societies and the authorities to wreck vengeance filed a false complaint against the petitioner. Hence the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking for the above relief.
3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, which involves misappropriation of the funds of Co-operative Bank, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and proceed in accordance with law thereafter. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Crl.MP is closed.
