ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 31.10.2013 in W.P.No.28591 of 2013.
At the hearing, the contemnors are present. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Area) placed before the Court counter-affidavit of respondent No.2 along with the material and submitted that as averred in the counter-affidavit, the name of the petitioner has been restored in the Record of Rights.
A perusal of the printed pahani filed by the respondents reveals that the name of the petitioner is restored as pattadar in respect of Ac.3-49 cents in Sy.No.569/3.
By restoring the name of the petitioner in the Record of Rights, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court.
Therefore, the contempt case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
