It is stated that G.O.Rt.No.869, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (CO- ORDN) Department, dated 05.11.2014 has been issued regularizing the service of the petitioner in compliance with the order dated 21.10.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.32660 of 2010 in W.P. No.6299 of 2004. Though Sri P. Raghavendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would contend that the regularization of his client is not proper in terms of the date from which it is made effective, this Court is of the opinion that the same cannot be made the subject matter of enquiry in contempt proceedings. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any aspect of his regularization in service effected through G.O.Rt.No.869, dated 05.11.2014, he will necessarily have to seek redressal thereof in accordance with law by instituting independent proceedings.
Subject to the above observation, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
