Sri K. Srinivas, counsel representing Sri Karanam Ravi Sankar Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to the petitioners to seek the reliefs by filing appropriate applications before the Court below.
2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty sought for. Interim order granted by this Court on 22.11.2013 shall stand vacated and consequently, C.R.P.M.P.No.5400 of 2013 is closed.
No order as to costs.
