This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition as withdrawn. The application is supported by an affidavit of one Sirajuddin who alleges to be the President of the Committee of Management of the Waqf in question. In the affidavit, it has been stated in paragraph - 4 that the District Magistrate has since found that the title of the petitioner is crystal clear and as such has assured the petitioner to lift the restrain order provided the writ petition pending before this Court, i.e., the present petition as withdrawn. In view of the assurance given by the District Magistrate that the present petition has been sought to be withdrawn.
In view of above, the application for withdrawl of the writ petition is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
