JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 34
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 13472 of 2013 Petitioner :- C/M ,Jagatpur Pg College Thru Chairman/President And Anr.
Respondent :- State Of U.P.Thru Secy & Ors.
Counsel for Petitioner :- Manu Khare Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Alok Mishra,Punit Khare,Vivek Verma
Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J. Hon'ble Ifaqat Ali Khan,J.
1. Called in revise. None appeared to press the writ petition. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
2. By means of present writ petition, petitioners have sought following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction of the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned appointment letter dated 11.1.2012 issued by respondent No. 5/Ram Sagar Singh occupying the office of Manager of Committee of Management and joining letter dated 11.1.2012 of respondent No. 7 on the post of Officiating Principal of Jagatpur, P.G. College, Jagatpur, Varanasi. "
3. We ourselves have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioners are not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting relief as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or the petitioners have lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioners is absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Order Date :- 26.4.2018 Ravi Prakash
