Although several reliefs have been claimed in the instant writ petition, but learned counsel for the petitioners at the time of making oral submission, submitted that he is pressing only prayer clause No.(iii) which is for issuance of a mandamus commanding respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 25.8.2017. The said application has been filed by the institution run by the petitioner Committee seeking recognition under the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and the rules framed thereunder.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 states that the application will be decided within three months.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to pass a speaking order on the application of the petitioner dated 25.8.2017 within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order alongwith photo copy of the application dated 25.8.2017.
