1. Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondent 1 and 3 and Sri Ved Byas Mishra, learned counsel for respondent 2-University.
2. Grievance of petitioners is that for selection of Teachers in College, Subject Experts have to be nominated by Vice Chancellor (respondent 2) and despite request having been made by petitioner vide letter/application dated 11.8.2017, such nomination has not been made till date.
3. Sri Ved Byas Mishra, learned counsel appearing for University states that now new Vice Chancellor has taken over charge, who will take decision in the matter expeditiously.
4. In view of the above, we dispose of writ petition directing Vice Chancellor (respondent 2) to take expeditious decision in the matter, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
