The petitioner, Committee of Management, has approached this Court by filing the present petition with the grievance that a post of Assistant Clerk has fallen vacant in the institution and the petitioner Committee has also sought permission for making recruitment against it by virtue of Regulation 101 framed under Chapter - III of the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921, but the authorities are not taking any decision in the matter.
Learned Standing Counsel states that claim of the petitioner would be examined in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent its grievance before the respondent no. 3, annexing all the materials in order to facilitate consideration of its claim. The District Inspector of Schools, shall forward, petitioner's claim alongwith his comments to respondent no. 2, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
The Director shall take a decision in the matter within a further period of four weeks. The consequential order would be passed by the Inspector within a further period of two weeks, thereafter.
