Writ petition lacks sufficient material to form prima faice opinion that the petitioners ever applied for grant-in-aid for its institution in respect of attached primary section. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that they may be granted liberty to file fresh writ petition by bringing such material as may be necessary to demonstrate that the institution has in fact applied for grant-in-aid but the State has not acted in the matter.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
