After some arguments in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file a fresh in case Director of Education (Secondary) does not take a decision within a reasonable time.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
