A post of Assistant Clerk in Lala Hari Ram Inter College, Shahjahanpur, is said to have fallen vacant. Upon the request made by the Committee of Management to grant permission to fill up the post, the Inspector has forwarded the matter to the Director in terms of Regulation 101 of Chapter - III framed under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921, for granting permission but the matter has remained pending. Aggrieved by such action, the Committee of Management is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel states that an appropriate decision would be taken by respondent no. 2 at the earliest possible.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to pass an appropriate order upon the recommendation of the District Inspector of Schools, Shahjahanpur, dated 22nd November, 2018, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. The Inspector shall pass consequential order, within a further period of two weeks thereafter.
