Sri Bheem Singh learned counsel appearing on behalf of Management Committee of Ram Nivas Smarak Balika Inter College Hapur submits that by way of filing the present petition, the petitioners are seeking redressal of their grievances that the post of Asstt Clerk has fallen vacant in the institution and the petitioner Committee has sought permission for making recruitment by virtue of Regulation 101 framed under Chapter III of the U.P.Intermediate Education Act 1921 but the Authority has not taken any decision in the matter till date though permission was sought on 26.2.2019.
Learned Standing counsel submits that the claim of the petitioners will be heard and decided by the Authority concerned.
In the facts and circumstances of the present case, this petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to represent his grievances before the respondent no 2 annexing all the materials in order facilitate consideration of its claim. The District Inspector of Schools shall forwarded the petitioner's claim alongwith his comments to respondent no. 2 within a period of four weeks.
The authority concerned shall take decision within a period of four weeks thereafter.
