After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the affidavit in support of the petition has not been filed with proper particulars/details. He states that he wants to withdraw the petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one with appropriate affidavit.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
