Shri Jitendra Kumar, appearing on behalf of Shri.Chandan Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the Committee of Management, Janta College,Bakewar (Etawah) and are challenging the communication dated 07.1.2019 passed by the respondent no.6, Examination Controller, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur on the issue of 'Duty Leave.' Learned counsel further submits that the said order is beyond the powers of the Examination Controller and also beyond the statute of the University. Petitioners have already approached the Examination Controller and Vice Chancellor of the University also to ventilate their grievance. However, no reply has been received so far.
This writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioners have submitted any representation to the respondent nos.5 or 6, the same will be decided expeditiously, within a period of four weeks from the date of certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
This order has been passed in the presence of Shri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University.
