Although this petition impugns a communication dated 22 May 2019 which is stated to have been addressed by the District Inspector of Schools, Basti in light of the letter of Basic Education Officer dated 28 February 2019, Sri Pandey points out that the principal decision of the Basic Education Officer does not survive and has referred to the order dated 23 May 2019 passed in Writ-A No. 5178 of 2019.
In view thereof, he seeks permission to approach the District Inspector of Schools and to bring to his attention the order passed by the High Court on the aforementioned writ petition.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to the petitioner providing all requisite details, the District Inspector of Schools shall revisit his communication dated 22 May 2019 bearing in mind the order passed by the Court on Writ-A No. 5178 of 2019.
