Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ved Byas Mishra, learned counsel who appeared for the University.
Sri Mishra, learned counsel for the University states that the prayer of the petitioners for a subject expert being provided, shall subject to verification of facts and contentions on merit being left open, be duly attended to and disposed of within a period of one month from today.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
