Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that he may be permitted to delete the name of petitioner No.2. He is permitted to do so during the course of day.
Heard Sri S.K.Verma, learned senior advocate assisted by Sri Bipin Lal Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner runs a recognized aided Intermediate College, namely, Sri Jagpal Singh Smarak Higher Secondary School, Niampur, Hapur. In the said college there are 7 sanctioned posts of class IV employees and currently there are five vacancies existing. The petitioner had applied for approval to fill up the post which has not been considered so far.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 and 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner with regard to the filling up of class IV posts in the institution in accordance with law as far as possible within a period of three months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order.
