Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioners have challenged the order of the Director dated 3.6.2019 by which it has stayed the appointment of Class-III employees in an aided Intermediate Colleges because of some "unforeseeable reason".
This Court in various writ petitions have held that such a blanket direction cannot be given by the Director.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Education Authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner and in case there is no other legal impediment for selection and appointment of Class-III employees ignoring the order of the Director dated 3.6.2019, which in any case does not disclose any reason.The said decision shall be taken by the appropriate authority, in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
