The instant writ petition has been filed by the Committee of Management of Viveka Nand Sewa Sansthan, Mahaula, Azamgarh, seeking a direction to respondents to accord consideration to application dated 23.8.2017 for grant of recognition to the Institution under the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.
Sri B.P. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 3 states that the application will be decided within three months.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 to decide the application dated 23.8.2017, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with photo copy of the said application.
