This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 1 to ensure the release of scholarship amount pertaining to the B.Ed. course for the academic session 2013-2014 on the request letter of the petitioners' institution dated 31st March, 2015, which has also been referred by respondent nos. 2 and 3 vide their letters dated 4th June, 2014, 17th July, 2014 and 7th November, 2014 (Annexure-7 to the writ petition) respectively.
This petition is of the year 2015 and it appears that by passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the present writ petition.
The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
