JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order on Civil Misc.Impleadment Application dated 18.5.2014) Sri Ram Milan Mishra, learned counsel has made an application for impleading Arun Kumar Chaturvedi S/o of Sri Ram Prakash Chaturvedi, R/o Village Wamruliya, Post Kanasi, District Farrukhabad as respondent no.3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if the applicant is allowed to be impleaded as party.
The application is, accordingly, allowed.
The applicant-Arun Kumar Chaturvedi be impleaded as respondent no.3 in the array of the parties to the writ petition.
