Sri H.K. Asthana, learned counsel for the petitioners states that in the counter affidavit order dated 17.11.2017 has been annexed, whereby the claim of the petitioners has been rejected, which is required to be challenged. He prays that liberty be granted to the petitioners to file fresh petition.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition challenging the aforesaid order dated 17.11.2017.
