Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt petition for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 21.02.2017 passed in Writ C No. 8396 of 2017 (C/M Tilak Shiksha Sansthan Prathamik Vidhayalay and another Vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others).
Today when the matter was taken up learned counsel for applicant argued that order passed by Writ Court has been complied with, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The present contempt application is dismissed having become infructuous.
