The present petition has been filed seeking a direction that an application for recognition under the Intermediate Education Act be considered by the respondent in accordance with law.
In the counter affidavit filed by the State, it has been stated that under the amended government order dated 8th June, 2017, it is incumbent that all the applications be uploaded online for being considered in accordance with law.
The counsel for the petitioners informs that the same has already been done in pursuance of the said government order and, as such, direction may be issued for considering the same expeditiously.
In the counter affidavit, it has further been pointed out that on 24.3.2017, the relevant papers were received, however, in view of new directives, the applications have to be uploaded which the petitioner submits has already been done and the only request is that the same may be considered expeditiously.
In view of the submissions made above, the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider and take a decision, with regard to the application for recognition duly uploaded in the light of the reports already furnished, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of.
