Pursuant to the orders passed on 10.12.2018, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of the Director (Secondary Education) U.P. at Lucknow as per which permission has already been granted to the petitioner to make appointment on Class-III post in question.

In view of the stand so taken in para 6 of the affidavit, no further grievance survives.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
