The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that no action or decision is being taken by the District Basic Education Officer, Moradabad on the representation dated 21.8.2019 submitted by the petitioner for permission to make appointment on certain posts including the post of head master in the institution.
The District Basic Education Officer, Moradabad is directed to decide the representation dated 21.8.2019 filed by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is served before him after giving an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
