Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the renewal of the society was made on 10.10.2015 for a period of five years, commencing from the date of renewal.
The cause of action on which the writ petition was founded is premature, since the renewal granted in the year 2015 will expire in the year 2020.
The writ petition is dismissed.
