By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 03.10.2001 passed by District Inspector of Schools, Meerut whereby he had attested the signatures of the respondent no. 3, as Officiating Principal of Sri Vidya Mandir Inter College, Chhaprauli, District- Baghpat.
Smt. Archana Singh, Additional Chief Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2 prays for ten days time to seek instructions in the matter.
Prayer is allowed. Two weeks' time is allowed to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to file an affidavit placing on record the present status of the case.
