Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sahab Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the final judgment and order dated 02.11.2020 passed in Writ-C No. 17064 of 2020 (C/M Sri Sanatan Dharm Ram Leela Mahotsava Samiti & another v. State of U.P. & others).
Today when the matter is taken up, instructions dated 13.10.2021 received from the office of the opposite party no. 2 has been placed before the Court. The same is taken on record. It is stated in paragraph 7 of the instructions that pursuant to the order dated 14.9.2021 passed by the Court, applicant's society has already been renewed. Copy of the renewal certificate is taken on record.
So far as the opposite party no. 3 is concerned, it is argued by Sri Sahab Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 that the opposite party no. 3 has absolutely no role in the matter.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.
However, in case the applicant is still aggrieved, it may make a representation before the Competent Authority with respect to their grievances along with a copy of this order within two weeks from today. In case any such representation is made, the Competent Authority shall pass appropriate order thereon most expeditiously preferably, within a period of three months from the date of making of the representation.
With the aforesaid observations, the Contempt Application is disposed of.
