After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy provided under Section 25 of the Society Registration Act, 1860.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
