Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there was a dispute of two rival committees and, therefore, the District Inspector of Schools, Bulandshahar should refer the matter to the Regional Level Committee instead of deciding the matter himself and, therefore, the impugned order is unjustified.
I find substance in the argument of learned counsel for the petitioners, which requires consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4. Issue notice to respondent no. 5. All the respondents may file counter affidavit within three weeks.
