1. Heard Sri Vashishtha Dhar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
2. This writ petition is directed against order dated 01.01.2018 whereby Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Agra has accepted papers submitted by respondent no.4 and has granted renewal certificate to it.
3. Claim of petitioners has not been accepted on the ground that she could not substantiate her claim by submitting requisite documents. Deputy Registrar has also found that no case was made out for making reference under Section 25(1) of Societies Registration Act, 1860 to Prescribed Authority for the reason that basic claim of petitioners was not supported by any material.
4. The petitioner, if has any grievance, can always seek remedy of declaration in common law by filing suit. I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
5. Dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
