Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- Respondents.
Pursuant to the permission of the Director dated 28.06.2019, the petitioners-Committee of Management have proceeded to appoint Assistant Clerk (Class-III) in the aided Intermediate College and the papers have been forwarded to the D.I.O.S. for financial sanction on 02.08.2019 and the D.I.O.S. has further forwarded it to the Regional Joint Director of Secondary Education-Respondent no. 3 where it is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case papers with regard to financial approval is pending before the Respondent No. 3, the Respondent no. 3 will consider the same and appropriate order in accordance with law be passed, as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before it.
