1. Heard Sri Kushmondeya Shahi, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel appearing for respondent-5 and learned Standing Counsel for State.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that there are some subsequent developments in this matter, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition.
3. Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel appearing for respondent-5 and learned Standing Counsel for State have no objection to the aforesaid request.
4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
