The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 10.12.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.25964 of 2018 (C/M Sri Amar Nath Intermediate College, Kanso Ballia and another v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
In response to the order dated 30.04.2019, Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed the instruction dated 24.05.2019 sent by District Inspector of Schools, Ballia. The said instruction be taken on record and a copy of the same be provided to learned counsel for the applicant.
The Court has proceeded to peruse the record in question and finds that so far as first part of the writ court order is concerned, the same has been complied with and communication has been ensured to the opposite party no2 and as such, no interference is required in the matter.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in the contempt application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
