Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 1, Sri Shyam Singh Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no. 2, Sri Mohit Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 3, Sri Dhananjay Awasthi, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no. 5.
Pursuant to order dated 30.5.2019, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 has produced written instruction, which is taken on record.
As per instruction, petitioner's institution is having no affiliation after 30th June, 2018, therefore under such facts and circumstances of the case, relief prayed by the petitioner for permitting the petitioner's institution to admit students through counselling for B.Ed. Course 2019-21 cannot be granted.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
No order as to costs.
